Yes, paying your bill online is easy through My Account. We accept cards, checking/savings account or bill pay with your bank*.

*Be aware of your bank’s payment schedule since payment will be sent to us according to that. Make sure there is plenty of time for us to receive and process your payment before your bill due date. On average, payments take 5 days to process after we receive them.
Head over to My Account to enroll in automatic drafting so you don’t have to remember to pay your bill every month. You can also call us at 888.500.8348 and one of our helpful agents can get you registered.

If you have an upcoming bill due remember that Auto Pay must be set up 24 hours before the due date. Set it up at any time but know that you will also need to make a one-time payment if you have a bill due within 24 hours.

After setting up Auto Pay you’ll still get a bill. It will include a notification that the amount due will be automatically deducted.

If you want to cancel your Auto Pay, you can do so easily by logging into My Account and going to the ‘Preferences’ section or by giving us a call at 888.500.8348.
Detach the payment coupon on the lower half of the first page of your bill and mail it with your personal check made out to Power of Texas Holdings, Inc.:

When you pay in person remember to bring the bottom of your bill that includes the bill amount and your Account Number.

We use CheckFreePay®* for these payments and they take, on average, 1 business day to reflect on your Power of Texas account. Keep that in mind to pay on time.

Yes. We’re happy to help you with a payment over the phone. Give us a call at 888.500.8348 to use our automated system, or you can speak to an agent to pay. Before calling, be sure to locate your Account Number (on your bill) and security code (your birthday in this format: mm/dd/yyyy). Keep in mind that we need 5 days on average to process your payment so make sure you’re paying in enough time to meet your due date. We accept all major credit cards.
