Depending on the reason for disconnection, you will either contact one of our customer care agents or your TDU (Texas Distribution Utility).

Disconnection reason: non-payment – call our friendly agents to make a payment and reinstate your service.

TDU stands for Transmission Distribution Utility and they are responsible for getting the electricity to your house. They own the poles and wires used to transport it. The fee on your bill pays for their service and includes no mark up.
Your Usage Report shows a daily breakdown of the energy you use so you can manage how much you consume. They are emailed weekly straight to your inbox. Enrollment is easy and automatic. All you have to do is register for My Account.
